This was the first trip where I barely trained. I had some time in between meetings but the fatigue in my system screamed out I want to rest!
I've not done Insanity for 3 weeks now, I've skipped a few track workouts. Crap. I have 4 more travel trips over the next 2 months. Heelp.
My colleagues thought that I was insane to extend a day in Portland to run 20 miles. I did. But that's a separate post. This 3 miler was done to warm up the muscles before I did the 20miler the next day.
Can I say that I'm awfully glad that I found my way around, alone? :)
