I've been extremely patient and have not done any of my Insanity workouts or runs since last week's back sprain and knee pain. I'm now 110% fine so I'll be doing an easy 6 miler later this evening.

Wish me luck.

Waay back on my training. Haven't done Insanity for two weeks and have skipped out of my track work and long run, BUT, rest is just as important (if not more) than training.

FIVE more weeks to the marathon.
