The Insanity workout is still doing good :) I'm keeping up with it - twice a week to supplement my training. In fact, I've gotten a couple hooked onto it too ;)
I love how I now have an indoor workout option so there's NO EXCUSES when it's too late or raining or whatever!
43 minutes of Insanity power cardio and resistance.. Done! :) I think I deserve another scoop of Nutella from the jar. What say you? :)
