Mini tempur

I love my Tempurpedic so much, that I got one for Pimp :P

I'm 100% sold on memory foam pillows and Tempur though expensive, is worth it. We both have the best sleep on these pillows and when I travel, I hardly get a good night's rest as the pillows are either too firm, soft, etc. I ordered a travel Tempur and hopefully, it'll help. And I'll be able to use it on the plane too.

Miu Miu patent black clutch

Opens wide and fits a lot. I love the red inner lining

I have a few clutches but not one is in black. My friend's friend got this Miu Miu clutch on impulse and decided to sell it off brand-new. The price was really decent and I thought about it for a day and decided to get it.

I'm pretty pleased with this buy. It's in a soft patent finish and it's low maintenance compared to say a satin or lambskin. It can be used for casual occasions or formal and it holds a fair amount of things.

I had my hand cream, lip balm, key card, mini Kate Spade coin purse which I use to keep my cash, credit cards and identity card, my iPhone sat snuggly into the inner pocket and I was able to stuff in my beanie and gloves. Sweet. I also like the snap closure which makes it easy to access so I don't need to fumble with zippers and clasps and it opens out wide.

I do think a basic nice classic clutch is something every girl should have because you never know when you have a nice dinner or party to hit up and it will be too cumbersome to carry around a big handbag (mine are all mostly large!)

I'm suddenly craving for some good Thai food. Pictures from an unidentified Thai restaurant which we visited (famished) the moment we got off our flight. I think I need to make another trip back to Bangkok, but for a vacation not for work.

Adobe Grill

Tableside guacamole

Mexican food is something that I look out for in the States. It's something that I can't eat on a daily basis, but will crave for it every now and then.

B.T's brother is quite a foodie so when he was in Chicago with us, we allowed him to suggest food places. We were cruising around Old Town and all were feeling rather famished and dying to get inside a warm place as the weather took a sudden turn and got utterly chilly and most of us were underdressed and unprepared, so we decided rather quickly on Adobe Grill.

Adobe Grill is known for its homemade guacamole which is prepared by your table and it uses a full avocado so it's not the cheapest but it's omg sinfully rich and tasty. The rest of the food were a bit of a hit and miss but I did enjoy the place overall - great ambience, real nachos and that fabulous guacamole.

I'm not sure if I've asked this before, but does anyone have a favorite place in Singapore for Mexican food? I already know about Margaritas, Cafe Iguana and the other place that I blogged before and that's about it. I would love to hear some recommendations.
