Track work is running as hard as you can till your calves ache, you are breathing hard and drenched in sweat. I dread it but love it at the same time.

I've started wearing my Nike Free Run+ for track workouts. Looking forward to stronger legs!

10minutes warmup, 3x1600m, 10minutes cooldown.
