Our training program for our upcoming marathon (part of). The original format that it came in was a bit too complex. I spent 2 hours re-typing everything into Numbers and included all the allocated paces that we each have to run at for the various days. I'm mighty pleased with myself :)




Why am I running with my iPhone? I'm trying to bring my cell each time I am running alone. For safety purposes. Sometimes, you'll find a nice shot or two to snap.




Waiting at the traffic lights - why do they build apartments so tall?

Tomato soup


I was too hungry to beautify it. Trust me - it tastes a lot better than it looks :P


If you love tomato soup, try this out -

Toast bread (any type - I only had sliced in the house), with cheese (whatever you fancy). It can be opened faced or sandwich style. Toast it till the cheese is melted. Crush a packet of Meiji crackers with oats and sprinkle into the soup. Dip the bread/cheese combi into the tomato soup. Mmmmmm. :)

Or, you could sprinkle in shaved mozzarella cheese into the soup as well. Cheese and tomato soup is an excellent combination.
